Integrity contracts with client companies or organizations ("Employer") to provide online corporate ethics and compliance training and related services to their employees, contractors and other individuals ("Users"). Personally identifiable information provided to us by Employers for registration purposes or by Users during the use of our site and services is treated as confidential information of the Employer and we do not use it for secondary or marketing purposes or divulge it to third parties, except as directed by the Employer or a court or appropriate law enforcement investigation.
We sometimes collect information for marketing purposes from our web site such as requests for more information and marketing surveys. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
User Identity Information
To use the online courses and some other services on this web site, we must obtain limited personal information about the User to register them for the courses and services. In most cases, the User's Employer provides this, but at times Users are asked to complete a registration form. This registration information is usually limited to only a User's name, business email address, employee ID, and job information (such as what department they work in).This information is used to direct the User to appropriate online compliance courses and other compliance information as requested by their Employer. It is also used to provide information to the Employer about the courses that Users have completed (e.g. which courses have been completed by the employee, and their progress through the system). This information is treated as CONFIDENTIAL and we will use or divulge it only as directed by a User's Employer or a court or appropriate law enforcement investigation. We do not use it for marketing purposes. We will maintain this information until the Employer requests that we return it to them.

Course Tracking
When a User takes an online course we will save certain information about their progress in and completion of the courses on the web site. We also record the date and content of emails that we send to Users. We use this information to manage a User's subscription. This information is also provided to their Employer. This information is treated as CONFIDENTIAL and we will use or divulge it only as directed by their Employer or a court or appropriate law enforcement investigation. We will maintain this information until the Employer requests that we return it to them.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data tied to information about the User. While a User is in our site, we use a Cookie to store temporary information. We store information pertaining to the use of our products. Use of Cookies could include carrying session data from one page to the next, and to carry session data if your session expires. If you prefer not to receive Cookies, some pages may not function properly and you might be unable to use our site since we are unable to track progress if Cookies are turned off. Unless otherwise notified on our site, we will not store data, other than for these purposes, in Cookies. In most cases, we receive User Identity Information from Users or their Employers as a necessary part of registering for the online compliance courses. If you do not believe that you should be registered for these courses you should contact your Employer. Aggregated Data
We do collect aggregated data about usage of our services. We own this data and may share it with others. This aggregated data does not contain any User identification or other personally identifiable information.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track User's movement including date/time stamps and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are linked to personally identifiable information for security and diagnostic purposes.
Viewing and Correcting Personal Information
If you would like to view or correct personal information we have about you, please send an email with your Name and User ID to support@integrityweb.net. Unfortunately, however, we can't allow access to client proprietary information including personal information supplied to us by our clients without their express permission.
Integrity WebLine ServiceSM
The Integrity WebLine serviceSM offers Users a method to ask their company questions and raise concerns about ethics, compliance and legal issues. These communications go only to the Employer's authorized representative and are sent via a 128 bit SSL encrypted connection for security and privacy. Users have the option of sending these communications anonymously, in which case there is no record stored about the User's location, computer, IP address or account. The User may, of course, voluntarily divulge their identity in these communications. We store these communications, and the related data, responses and reports, on our secure systems (see "Security" below) for use by the Employer. These communications, and the related data, responses and reports, are treated as CONFIDENTIAL information of the Employer and we will use or divulge it only as directed by the Employer or a court or appropriate law enforcement investigation. We do not use it for marketing purposes. We will maintain this information until the Employer requests that we return it to them.

Security
We take precautions to protect our Users' information both online and off-line. User information is stored on servers in a locked, secure environment. These servers are protected from hackers with firewalls and a variety of other security mechanisms and procedures. Only our employees and contractors who perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) and designated Employer representative(s) have access to this information. Only our employees and contractors who maintain our servers, and designated Employer representatives, have access to the communications, and related data, responses and reports, that we store as part of our Integrity WebLine service. This access is only by a private network or an encrypted (SSL) connection. Access to the information is protected by "strong" passwords and where appropriate by "two-factor" authentication systems. All employees and contractors with access to the information have signed a non-disclosure agreement and are trained on our security and privacy practices. As needed, our employees and contractors are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. If you provide your email address through our corporate website you may opt-out from receiving future emails by sending an email to support@integrityweb.net. We do not sell or trade email lists or give email addresses to third parties.
We send Users emails with necessary information about online courses and compliance as directed by their Employer. If you do not wish to receive these emails or believe that you are receiving them in error, you should contact your Employer or email support@integrityweb.net. We do not provide User email addresses to third parties or use them for marketing purposes.
If you send us correspondence, such as e-mails or call us, we may keep a record of that correspondence or call. We may send a copy to your Employer. We also periodically ask Users for feedback about our products. If you respond to these requests, we may keep a record and forward it to your Employer.
