Biography

Chris Borg is a partner in the Financial Markets and Regulation group of Denton Wilde Sapte, a multi-national law firm with strengths in finance, energy and regulation. He advises on the regulation of the international financial and commodity markets, acting for banks, investment banks, commodity traders, exchanges, and clearing houses. As a member of Denton Wilde Sapte's Energy Trading practice, he also advises wholesale energy traders, utilities, power and gas exchanges, and energy sector trade associations.
