Daniel Klein is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Boston office. His practice is focused on employment litigation, with a particular emphasis on non-competition and contract disputes and the defense of actions involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. A significant portion of Mr. Klein’s practice also includes counseling national, regional and local employers regarding compliance with federal and state employment laws.
