Biography

Philippa Dempster is head of Commercial Services at Freeth Cartwright LLP where she specialises in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and also resolving disputes. By specialising in both dispute resolution and contract negotiation, Philippa is ideally placed to identify weak areas in contracts and to ensure that the risks are properly covered. She has a Masters Degree in Advanced Litigation from Nottingham Trent University and is an Accredited ADR Mediator.
