Karen Kurti, Esq.

Director, Compliance & Ethics Consulting

Karen joined Integrity in April of 2008. Prior to joining Integrity, Karen served as a Senior Associate at Deloitte Tax, LLP, within its Dispute Resolution Group. While at Deloitte, Karen’s practice was primarily focused on the defense of corporate clients under IRS audit, with a focus on research and development tax credits and FIN 48 compliance. Karen is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a graduate of McGill University and Suffolk University Law School.
