Michael R. Levin Photo

Mike Levin is an expert on strategies and tactics for reducing the risk of serious corporate integrity failure. His experience and expertise covers the full range of potential corporate integrity failures-including compliance, ethics, and corporate responsibility risks. Michael has designed best-practice corporate integrity programs for more than one hundred companies, and has initiated numerous major client relationships at Integrity Interactive.

Michael is responsible for developing new Integrity Interactive services and further enriching Integrity’s compliance and ethics offerings, most recently in the areas of compliance risk assessment and supplier ethics management. Michael's responsibilities are global, and he works closely with Integrity personnel and clients located in North America, Europe, and Asia. Michael has served in both business development and legal consulting roles at Integrity, as well.

Michael’s articles have been published in magazines including Directors & Boards, Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, SCCE’s Compliance & Ethics, Contract Management, and The Sarbanes-Oxley Journal. He has spoken at conferences sponsored by the Virginia Bar Association, Ethics & Compliance Officers Association, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and International Association for Contract and Commercial Management, and he has been a featured presenter in many Webinars on a variety of corporate integrity issues.

Prior to joining Integrity in 2001, Mr. Levin practiced law in Boston for 6 years, specializing in litigation. Michael has a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law, where he was the Executive Editor of the MSL Law Review. He is a member of the New England Ethics Forum, the ABA's Compliance and Ethics Committee, the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. Michael is admitted to practice law in Federal and State courts of Massachusetts.
